I had a soft touch on my LUD for I-485 yesterday. Have received EAD card and been fingerprinted. Waiting for AP approval. Does anyone have a clue what is this in regards to?

What is the method of contacting them ? Do I call them or send some fax. Also is there any specific person I need to contact in their offices? Can you give details about how to contact them?

I read through the first guy's testimony and all it talks about are the yearly issuance of student visas from FY2001-07. Can you point me to the person who actually talks about EB green cards for STEM students in the US?

To be clear When you say "packets" should i put them within two envelopes?
I was planning on just putting the documents(application and supporting docs) bound by paper clips.

Yes. One envelop for AP and the other one for EAD. Put both envelops in Fedex envelop.

I am on a L1 visa which has expired April 2006. I have got my petition extended till 2008. Can I transfer my L1 from Employer A to another Employer B. Can employer B transfer my current L1 petition to his company?

I think this would be improved by cutting off the top part of the sky, where the blue is showing through and the clouds are burnt out. Try scrolling down in your browser just enough so that the top of the image isn't showing to try it out. :)

Hi,
I have received the EAD card yesterday with No finger prints available. But we have done our Finger printing before the EAD is approved. Approx 4 weeks before.
Is this normal? Or i should contact USCIS about this?
I know some applicants getting their EAD cards before finger prints were taken for them No finger prints available makes sense.
Any responses are appreciated
